Job summary

The Lodge at Spruce Peak, part of Hyatt, seeks a friendly Door Person to lead Bell, Valet, and Guest Service Coordinators. You will create a warm arrival experience, handle luggage, assist with valet, and provide information to guests, ensuring they feel cared for throughout their stay.

Hyatt invites applicants with a strong service mindset, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Operate effectively in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.
• Must have a valid Vermont Driver’s License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Door Person to join our team at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. In this role, you'll lead Bell, Valet, and Guest Service Coordinators during your shift while creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience for our guests. You'll handle luggage, assist with valet services, provide helpful information, and ensure our guests feel taken care of throughout their stay.
