Hyatt Regency Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont, seeks an energetic Cocktail Server for the Upper Lobby Bar. You will engage guests, mix and serve beverages, and help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced resort setting.

Experience in hospitality is valued, but a positive attitude, professionalism and a willingness to learn Vermont craft beverages are key. Flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service, restaurant, barback or beverage service experience preferred.
• Passion for high-end hospitality and Vermont craft beverages.
• Strong communication skills to engage guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to obtain VT Liquor Control License before first day.
• Weekend and holiday availability; ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Engage with guests, sell and serve beverages in the Upper Lobby Bar.
• Support bartending team by keeping the bar clean, organized, and stocked.
• Maintain knowledge of Vermont-made spirits, craft beers, ciders, and other local beverages.
• Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are looking for Cocktail Servers for our Upper Lobby Bar at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. This is a busy and exciting time for us. You will be responsible for engaging with our guests, selling and serving beverages, and creating memorable experiences in our Bar and Lounge. We are looking for outgoing individuals who enjoy hospitality and can confidently share knowledge about Vermont-made spirits, craft beers, ciders, and other local beverages. In addition to guest service, you will provide support to our bartending team by helping maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. Experience is great, but professionalism, enthusiasm, and a great attitude are even more important. We offer flexible scheduling – Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $7.25 plus tips, per hour

• Customer service, restaurant, barback, or beverage service experience is preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.
• Willingness to learn and work together in a team environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain your VT Liquor Control License on or before your first day.
• Must be available both weekend days and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
