Job summary

FC Parking and Hospitality Services in Huntley, IL is seeking a Lead Valet to supervise our valet team in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes policy compliance, service standards, and strong guest interaction to create memorable experiences.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a $20.00-$22.00 per hour wage including tips. Applicants should have at least two years of supervisory experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience.
• DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver's License experience.
• No major/moving violations within the last 3 years.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 40h work week with on-call as needed for incidents and reporting.

Lead Valet oversees our valet team in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures compliance of all policies and procedures, enforces our service standards, and utilizes strong communication when interacting with guests as well as associates. QualificationsREQUIREMENTS

• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience
• DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver's License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
• Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
• 40hr work week with ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
• Previous valet experience or similar industry preferred
• Employment is contingent upon a successful completion of a background and motor vehicle report screening conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
