Job summary

FC Parking and Hospitality Services is hiring valet attendants for premier hotel, golf club, restaurant and healthcare locations. Earn $25.00-$27.00 per hour with tips and be the first point of contact for guests.

You will greet guests, help park and retrieve vehicles, provide directions, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and a clean appearance. Opportunities for career advancement and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience with restrictions as described.
• PROFESSIONALISM: Positive teamwork mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• COMPLIANCE: Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle eligibility; background check required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Day, Afternoon & Evening Shifts

$25.00-$27.00 an hour with tips

Valet Attendants are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional customer service experience!

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE:Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• DRIVING RECORD:3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
  • License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
  • No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
  • No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
  • No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• PROFESSIONALISM:Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• COMPLIANCE:Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment iscontingent upon the successful completion of a backgroundcheck conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to walk, stand, and jog foran 8-hour shift.
• Tolerance for inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbsfor short periods of time.
• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
