Job summary

Prism IT Global seeks a senior UX/UI designer and frontend/full-stack engineer with 8–11 years of professional experience to lead design systems, user journeys, and scalable interfaces for enterprise applications in regulated industries.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams across onsite-offshore delivery models, drive accessible design practices, and mentor junior members while shaping modern UX and front-end architecture using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Qualifications

8–11 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack application development.
Proficiency with UX research, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
Experience using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
Experience creating reusable design systems, component libraries, style guides, and accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG principles.
Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, asynchronous interactions, state management, micro-frontends, and enterprise integration patterns.
Excellent stakeholder communication, design presentation, problem-solving, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
Experience working in regulated enterprise environments such as banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
Knowledge of front-end automated testing, performance optimization, analytics instrumentation, and secure coding practices.
