Responsibilities include owning the full UI/UX lifecycle, building scalable design systems in Figma, and guiding cross-functional teams to accurate implementation, while staying ahead of AI-driven trends.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio of modern, minimal, pixel-perfect designs.
Experience using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI) for research and prototyping.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI assistants, and AI-powered UX.
Ability to design AI-driven features such as copilots, intelligent search, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Own the complete UI/UX design lifecycle from research to handoff.
Create minimal, modern, pixel-perfect designs with attention to typography, spacing, grids and usability.
Translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components in Figma.
Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation as needed.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends and bring fresh ideas.
