Helzberg Diamonds Shops, Inc. is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to drive the full design lifecycle for BenBridge.com and Helzberg.com, from research to final execution.

You will guide complex projects with a strong emphasis on luxury customer journeys, collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams, and mentor junior designers while upholding design standards and brand consistency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years designing customer-facing digital products or ecommerce experiences, with leadership in UX/UI initiatives.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and component-based development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction and visual design.
• Experience with analytics and experimentation platforms to inform design decisions.

Aufgaben

• Owns and executes complex end-to-end UX/UI design projects from research through prototypes and final execution.
• Conducts ongoing site audits to identify UX strengths and opportunities.
• Leads evolution and governance of the digital design system reflecting luxury trends and brand consistency.
• Partners with Product, Project Management and Development to translate concepts into specs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centered solutions.
• Elevates design quality and consistency across the team.
• Acts as a subject matter expert, leading design projects and promoting design thinking.
• Conducts user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
• Presents design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for alignment.
• Provides mobile-first UI/UX recommendations aligned with luxury and ecommerce trends.
• Partners with Product and QA on UAT to ensure on-brand experiences.
