Job summary

Target’s Global UX team is seeking a Lead UX Operations Manager – AI Enablement to define and operationalize how UX teams design, build, test, govern, and scale AI-enabled experiences across Target’s digital ecosystem.

This hands-on enablement role helps teams adopt new tools, workflows, and governance with clarity, partnering with UX, Product, Engineering, and Learning to translate capabilities into practical ways of working.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX operations or design program management.
• Navigate high ambiguity with structured thinking and facilitation.
• Strong fluency in AI-enabled product development and agentic systems.
• Data-driven, using insights to guide decisions.
• Systems thinker across user needs, processes and tech.
• Change management to adopt new workflows.
• Storytelling to translate concepts into roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy for agentic building within UX.
• Develop operating models for human-and-agent collaboration.
• Lead pilot programs and experiments to translate patterns into, playbooks and guidance.
• Measure adoption and impact of new tools and workflows.
• Partner with L&D and UX leadership to deliver AI training.
