Job summary

Target is seeking a Lead UX Operations Manager—AI Enablement to define and operationalize how UX teams design, build, test, govern, and scale AI-enabled experiences across Target’s digital ecosystem.

You will lead programs that build AI fluency, guide teams through experimentation, and create the frameworks, learning experiences, and operating practices needed to scale agentic workflows responsibly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX operations, design program management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and understanding of agentic UX practices.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy for agentic UX, defining frameworks and workflows for scalable AI-enabled experiences.
• Develop operating models for human-and-agent collaboration across the product lifecycle.
• Lead pilots and experiments to test new workflows, capture learnings, and create reusable playbooks.
• Measure adoption and impact of new tools and workflows using data and feedback.
