Client seeks a senior UX Designer to lead a fresh redesign of the Client Retail App used by millions. You will own the end-to-end UX process for iOS, Android, and Web, aligning design with business goals and engineering feasibility.

You should drive user-centered design, create high-fidelity Figma artifacts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, intuitive experiences for prescription management, rewards, and health service scheduling.

Qualifications

7–10 years of professional UX design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX for shipped product.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Experience designing for iOS, Android, and Web.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead the redesign of the Client Retail App across iOS, Android, and Web.
Own and drive UX design requirements independently.
Ideate user-centered experiences for core app journeys: prescriptions, rewards, scheduling.
Create and iterate high-fidelity Figma designs for engineering handoff.
Align priorities between stakeholders, product, and engineering.
Apply UX processes: research, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing, QA.
Present concepts and rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate closely with engineering for feasible, pixel-accurate implementation.
