A government solutions provider is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead UX design efforts for federal clients. This role requires strong UX design experience, advanced coding skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will create user-centered designs and collaborate with engineers to optimize solutions. A Bachelor's Degree and a robust professional portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years combined professional design experience (UCD, UI/UX design).
• Strong online portfolio showcasing research-driven design decisions.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications compliant with 508 and USWDS.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scale UX design efforts including research and blueprinting.
• Manage design and implementation of multiple sites and applications.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients to design intuitive solutions.

Skills

Strong UX design experience

Advanced coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS)

Experience mentoring/leading junior designers
