The anticipated base pay range for this position is $111,500 - $185,800.

We are seeking a Lead User Experience Designer to craft experiences for Grainger's enterprise applications and customer-facing solutions, ensuring Grainger remains the destination for "the ones that get it done." This role involves designing seamless, intuitive experiences across web, mobile, and device platforms, primarily focusing on the KeepStock inventory management platform.
This position reports to the Director of User Experience Design and offers hybrid work options from our Chicago or Lake Forest, IL offices, with consideration for full remote work. Some travel may be required for team meetings, research, and user engagement sessions.
