Motion Recruitment seeks a UX Professional (Architect/Designer) focused on Payments Experience to design and architect intuitive payment journeys at scale. This high-ownership role collaborates with product, engineering, content and research teams to shape how customers interact with financial products.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, defining UX vision, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate insights. Hybrid work with primary location in Charlotte, NC, and no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Design or related field.
• 7+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content and research teams.
• Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Agile and Kanban delivery models.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and insight generation.

This is a high-ownership role for a designer who thrives in cross-functional environments and wants their work to directly shape how customers interact with financial products at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in Product Design or related fields
• 7+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams
• Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions without direct authority
• Experience in Agile and Kanban delivery models
• Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and insight generation

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience preferred
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping
• ServiceNow Developer Certification highly desired
