Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead overhead utility infrastructure construction projects, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and clients to achieve successful outcomes.

You will manage schedules, budgets, safety initiatives, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects progress on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Travel to project sites will be needed as required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in utility construction, infrastructure, heavy civil, telecommunications, or related industries.
  • Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and industry compliance requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage utility infrastructure projects from award through closeout.
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Review construction plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Oversee procurement of project materials and equipment.
  • Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Administer change orders, contracts, project documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance across active projects.
  • Support field teams in addressing construction challenges and maintaining project momentum.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
