The role requires strong leadership, blueprint reading, and the ability to train team members while communicating with clients and project managers to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in utility construction or related field.
• Experience leading a crew on field projects.
• Proficient reading of blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate utility installation projects including sewer lines, water mains, storm drains, and underground detention systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and train crew members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and budget constraints.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
