Job summary

MTM Transit in Denver, CO seeks a full-time Lead Utility to oversee vehicle washing, fueling, and minor servicing while maintaining base facilities. This role runs Monday through Friday with a 3:30pm–11:30pm shift and involves outdoor work in varying weather.

You will coordinate daily fleet activities, prepare reports, and support maintenance operations. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, life insurance, paid holidays and PTO, and a 401(k). Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Supervisor experience preferred in service industry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily washing, fueling, and servicing of vehicles.

MTM Transit in partnership with RTD ( Regional Transportation District ) is looking for a full-time Lead Utility worker to work Monday through Friday in Denver, CO.

The Lead Utility will be responsible for base oversite of vehicle washing, fueling and minor servicing of fleet vehicles as well as base facility maintenance cleaning as needed, assist in fleet maintenance daily operations and able to work in various weather elements outdoors.

Location: 280 W. 62nd Avenue Denver, CO 80216

Pay Rate: $27.00

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30pm - 11:30pm

What You’ll Need

_ Experience, Education & Certifications: _

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Prior supervisor experience preferred in service type industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to timeliness and details
• Ability to work flexible hours as required
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Regular attendance is required

• Scheduling of daily Washing, Fueling and Servicing of vehicles
• Assist with building and grounds cleaning as directed
• Perform daily Facility maintenance
• Assists in daily Fleet Maintenance operations as directed
• Prepare daily Utility Fleet Reports
• Documentation of servicing
• Assist as needed in performing work to ensure daily goals are met
