Job summary

MTM Transit is seeking Full Time, Non-CDL Drivers to join our Denver team. You’ll provide safe, reliable transport for riders, assist with boarding and mobility devices, and stay compliant with DOT and safety standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, defensive driving, and precise record-keeping using tablets. Competitive hourly pay and benefits support your growth with MTM Transit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 21 years of age or older at start date.
• Valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history.
• No reckless driving in past 5 years; no DUI/DWI convictions.
• Must pass background, MVR checks, DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States; resume with 10+ years history.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to riders.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving and customer service.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility devices.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off; maintain safety protocols.
• Complete vehicle pre/post trips and required inspections.
• Utilize tablets/electronic devices for routes and records.
• Adhere to regulations (FTA, ADA, DOT) and safety standards.
