Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with Master’s preferred, and a minimum of three years in a NELAP/FDOH-accredited lab; supervision experience is desirable. On-site position with strong data integrity focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or Public Health preferred.
• NELAP/FDOH/TNI quality standards knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise daily lab operations to ensure accurate testing.
• Maintain QA/QC and regulatory compliance with FDOH, EPA, and TNI.
• Oversee data integrity, reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate sampling, testing schedules, and permits.
• Manage budgets, equipment, and procurement; supervise staff.
