Lilly in Virginia is seeking a Utilities Engineer to lead the start-up and ongoing operation of clean utility systems for GMP biotech manufacturing at the Goochland site. You will drive qualified state of equipment, safety, and continuous improvement while coordinating with the Global Facility Delivery Team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and at least 5 years' utility engineering experience in manufacturing, with US work authorization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Utility Engineering Teams, preferably in a manufacturing GMP environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain reliable operation and qualified state of clean utility systems and supporting grey systems for Biotech manufacturing.
• Ensure processes are in-control, compliant, and capable of meeting manufacturing needs; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead troubleshooting to resolve unit operations, equipment and operational issues.
• Support facility start-up activities and ensure readiness of equipment and systems.
• Participate in safety activities and drive safety improvements.
• Provide technical expertise for equipment and processes; monitor and optimize utility systems.
