Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Construction Manager, Utilities to join the team in the Los Angeles area, overseeing on-site management and coordination with 3rd party utility owners for the ESFV LRT project.

You will manage safety, records, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance and quality across complex utility relocations for a 6.7-mile light rail initiative in the San Fernando Valley.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of utility project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• Experience relocating all utility types (water, gas, power, sewers, communications).

Responsibilities

• Oversee utility relocation and on-site construction management.
• Coordinate with 3rd party utility owners and maintain records.
• Review contracts, changes, disputes, and payment documentation.
• Ensure CAL/OSHA compliance and safety of public.
• Maintain project records, budgets, and schedules.
• Support community relations and compliance with DBE regulations.
