Job summary

Vialto Law is seeking a Manager, Business Immigration Analyst to lead the execution of U.S. employment-based immigration services for global clients. You will manage a team of analysts, support attorneys in complex engagements, and drive improvements across processes and client strategy.

You will provide strategic guidance on timelines, compliance risks, and regulatory changes, collaborating with supervising attorneys and cross-functional teams within Vialto’s mobility ecosystem.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in U.S. employment-based immigration with supervision experience.
• Paralegal certificate or university degree required; advanced credentials are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and mentor teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day casework delivery for client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Analysts and Senior Associates.
• Provide strategic guidance on immigration processes, timelines, and regulatory changes.
• Supervise preparation and review of complex U.S. employment-based petitions (PERM, I-140, AOS).
• Drive process improvements in case management, reporting, and automation.
