Responsibilities

• Patient Advocacy: act as patient and client advocate with a compassionate, client-first approach.
• Community Engagement and Brand Ambassadorship: build relationships with referring veterinarians and local businesses; promote UrgentVet as the top choice for urgent care.
• Inclusive Workplace Culture: create a safe, diverse, and respectful environment for all staff.
• Reports to the Regional Director of Operations, UrgentVet.
• Typically scheduled 40-45 hours/week; longer hours possible.
• On-site presence required to support patient care and team collaboration.
