UrgentVet is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our urgent care team, overseeing day-to-day hospital operations, after-hours care delivery, and a positive work culture. The role focuses on growth, efficiency, and financial stability while collaborating with veterinarians and staff.

You will drive patient advocacy, community engagement, and a safe, inclusive workplace, ensuring high-quality urgent canine and feline care with a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience, preferably in a veterinary or related field, with a focus on leading and developing teams.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience working with veterinarians and veterinary operations.
