Job summary

UrgentVet is seeking a Practice Manager for the Cordova hospital to lead day-to-day operations, optimize after-hours acute care, and cultivate a positive, high-performing culture. You will oversee staff schedules, engagement, and collaboration with veterinarians to deliver efficient, compassionate care for pets and families.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and financial stewardship within UrgentVet Hospitals, with on-site supervision and a focus on growth and service

Qualifications

Experience in veterinary medicine preferred.
People management experience is required.
Comfortable working with veterinarians to coordinate care.
Ability to lead a hospital team and improve operations.
