Integrative Emergency Services (IES) seeks a Lead APP to join our urgent care teams at Baylor Scott & White and NextCare locations across Texas. Opportunities span Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Central Texas, and nearby communities, offering options by location, schedule, and career goals.

Whether experienced or a new graduate, IES provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative urgent care environment with strong clinical and operational support.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain.
• National certification appropriate to the provider's discipline.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Active BLS certification.
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients across all age groups.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements and established clinical protocols.
• Willingness to work applicable weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts based on location needs.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (certification fees covered)
