Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical consultant and project leader for SIOP land use planning and urban design.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC, NAVSEA, CNIC and PEO II; liaison to local stakeholders.
• Plan and direct planning studies and site planning through construction.
• Lead budget and schedule analysis for master planning and programming.
• Balance industrial facility requirements with utilities, environment, base support, and space use.
• Manage updates to GIS, project management, scheduling, and financial databases.
