Qualifikationen

• Current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA).
• Copy of current registration must be provided with application.

Aufgaben

• Serve as technical consultant, project leader and advisor for land use planning and urban design of varied land uses and infrastructure.
• Act as liaison for local stakeholders including the Shipyard Commander and coordination with NAVFAC, NAVSEA, CNIC and PEO II.
• Plan, program and direct planning studies and facility project design into construction to meet customer needs.
• Lead budget and schedule analysis in master planning and programming for facilities and infrastructure construction.
• Balance complex industrial facility requirements with utilities, environmental, base support and space utilization considerations.
• Manage and coordinate updates to program database systems including GIS mapping, project/program management and scheduling, and financial databases.
