Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Strong knowledge of policy terms and conditions.
• Experience mentoring a team of Underwriting Assistants.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Provide mentorship and day-to-day support to UAs, Submissions staff, and interns.
• Coordinate workflow, prioritize tasks, balance workloads, and report needs to management.
• Coach and train staff, deliver feedback to support development.
• Identify training needs and create materials and resources for staff.
• Facilitate team meetings to communicate objectives and address challenges.
• Collaborate with underwriters to prepare documentation and ensure compliance.
