STR is seeking a Lead Program Manager in the Boston area with an undersea warfare background to oversee a portfolio of future undersea systems programs. You will guide multidisciplinary teams across STR campuses, coordinating design, software, build, and field execution to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals for ISR and counter-ISR efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SSBI clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP.
• 8+ years in government contracting, R&D, or advanced technology production.
• Experience managing programs > $10M (Department of War).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and staffing.
• Experience in proposal management and gate review processes.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, and systems integration.

Aufgaben

• Execute and manage multiple fast-paced, complex programs to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Develop and maintain budgets, spending plans, staffing, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with technical leads, finance, and contracts to balance cost and schedule.
• Lead proposals and ensure gated capture process adherence.
• Oversee subcontractor and contract manufacturer management and LRIP readiness.
• Provide regular briefs to leadership and maintain program baselines.
• Foster an collaborative, high-performance team environment.
• Monitor risks and drive corrective actions as priorities evolve.
