Kinkaid Civil Construction is seeking an experienced Foreman – Underground Utilities in Mesa, AZ. This role leads field crews, plans daily activities, coordinates equipment and materials, and ensures work matches project specs and safety standards.

Strong leadership is required to motivate teams across water, sewer, and storm drain installations. The ideal candidate has extensive underground utility installation experience, proven supervision skills, and a solid safety record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in underground utility construction in heavy civil projects.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory Foreman role.
• Experience installing water, sewer, storm drain, and reclaimed water systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead underground utility crews on heavy civil projects.
• Plan and direct daily field operations to meet production goals.
• Read construction plans and utility profiles; interpret specs and grade stakes.
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, engineers, survey crews, and subcontractors.
• Ensure trenching, shoring, bedding, pipe installation, testing, backfill, and restoration meet standards.
• Maintain safety through daily meetings and OSHA compliance.
