Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar leadership role.
• Hands-on leadership in underground utility/construction projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate crews, equipment, and daily field operations.
• Strong knowledge of trenching, excavation, and conduit installation practices.
• Safe work practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate field crews performing underground utility construction.
• Plan daily activities and assign tasks based on project priorities and schedules.
• Oversee trenching, excavation, conduit installation, and duct bank work.
• Coordinate heavy equipment, materials, and labor for efficient operations.
• Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor progress to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and crew members.
• Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining safe operations.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and daily site activities.
• Mentor crew members and promote teamwork and accountability.
