Job summary

Brice Civil Constructors Inc is seeking an Underground Foreman to lead the underground utilities crew in Houston, TX and surrounding areas. You will direct work, manage schedules, ensure adherence to plans, and supervise field personnel to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with civil utility projects, and a commitment to on-site compliance, with opportunities for career growth within the Calista Brice family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of civil construction experience.
• Three years of experience supervising a construction crew.
• Experience with storm, water, and sanitary utilities.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Able to pass drug, driving, and background screenings.
• OSHA 30-hour training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage underground utilities crew and subcontractors.
• Direct work, review schedules, ensure plan compliance.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries.
• Maintain daily logs and project documentation.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
