Job summary

Reeves Construction Company, a Colas USA subsidiary, is seeking an experienced Utilities Pipe Foreman to lead underground piping crews on water, sewer, stormwater, and gas projects. This role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and strict safety adherence on site in Florida.

You'll supervise daily activities, interpret plans, ensure OSHA compliance, coordinate with trades, and maintain quality control while mentoring crew members through project milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in utilities/underground construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of piping systems, grading, and site utility work.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Safety certifications (OSHA, First Aid).
• Ability to read construction blueprints.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily crew activities and work assignments.
• Interpret plans and specifications for pipe layout and installation.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and jobsite safety standards.
• Coordinate with other trades and project management.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain material and equipment records.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and adapt solutions.
