Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecom equipment to ensure safety, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress, set guidance on execution and deliverables.
• Ensure clear communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers in assigned areas.
• Identify issues and risks, assist in response planning to resolve.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Implement and maintain processes to support task completion in assigned areas.
