Ervin Cable Construction LLC in Longmont, CO is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to oversee underground telecom crews, ensuring safe, timely installation, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment. The role requires an associate degree or 3+ years of related experience, plus supervisory and project management skills.

You will coordinate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to meet project deliverables and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in completion.
• Supervise day to day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
• Ensure excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist in an assigned area, department or project.
• Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
• Communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
