Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3 years related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in completion.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support an area, department, or project.
• Identify and address project issues and risks; assist in developing response plans.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Implement and maintain processes to support completion of tasks for an area, department, or project.
