Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient execution of underground backfill and construction.
• Convert weekly plan into shift-ready work packages.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractors.
• Verify work readiness, quality, and compliance with designs and release criteria.
• Manage incidents, near misses, and nonconformances; document actions.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Direct backfill preparation, installation, and service deliveries.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for design and turnover.
