Job description

RPA Technology Lead will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, and stabilization of automation solutions using UiPath.

In addition to driving end-to-end RPA implementation, this role will also lead initiatives related to cloud migration of automation workloads, ensuring seamless transition, scalability, and performance in cloud environments.

The lead will collaborate extensively with Business teams to implement new automation solutions in line with project timelines and will play a key role in aligning automation strategy with broader digital transformation and cloud-first goals

Technical Skills

• Experience with .NET, C#, or other programming languages
• Knowledge of database management and SQL
• Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and API integration.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
• UiPath certification

Must-Have Skills

Lead end-to-end UiPath delivery, implement Document Understanding, migrate RPA workloads to the cloud, mentor developers, and support production workflows. SQL, API integration, and .NET, C#, or comparable programming experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.

Domain/Industry Experience Required

Experience automating supply chain, order management, or procurement workflows in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred. Examples include purchase order processing, invoice processing, or document intake.

Certifications required/must have

UiPath certification listed; specific credential and level TBD.
