Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 8+ years in UI/front-end development.
• 3+ years in UI Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale applications in the Banking domain.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define reusable component models using ReactJS for modular, scalable UI across products.
• Lead front-end architecture decisions ensuring performance and security.
• Mentor and coach engineering teams; drive architectural governance.
