Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 8+ years focused on UI/front-end development.
• 3+ years of experience in UI Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale applications in the Banking domain.
• Implemented Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define re-usable component models using ReactJS for modular, scalable, high-performance front-end architectures.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and design across front-end solutions and service layer integrations (micro-services, CMS).
• Lead architecture, solution design, and development governance, ensuring secure, performant UI across multiple products.
• Mentor and coach project teams to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices are adopted.

Role Level: Lead UI Architect / Principal UI Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead UI Architect to define and drive the front-end architecture strategy for enterprise-grade web applications. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership, solution architecture, and team mentorship, ensuring scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable UI solutions across multiple products and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern front‑end technologies, strong architectural design experience, and a proven track record of leading large‑scale digital transformation initiatives

• Defining re‑usable components model using ReactJS considering modularity, scalability, performance, best practices, integration with service layers (micro‑services, CMS)
• Capable of analyzing requirements, design and develop software as per defined process
• In‑depth knowledge of ES6 and related add‑on libraries, excellent front‑end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive/hybrid web applications
• Good knowledge on Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes
• Resolve technical issues of projects
• Expert in frameworks / libraries especially ReactJS
• Performing state management using Redux
• JavaScript unit test libraries like Jest/Enzyme
• Well‑versed with usage of UI widget library like Material‑UI or any equivalent
• Developing UI using HTML5, CSS3 / CSS Pre‑processor (SASS)
• Responsive development using ReactStrap / Media Queries
• Well‑versed with usage of libraries for Grid, Charts like React Tables, High Charts
• Integrating REST API services and handling JSON response using get / post / put
• Knowledge of techniques for developing websites with good performance
• Aware of environments/tools such as Chrome Developer tools, Sublime, Firebug, HTTP watch
• Experience in using Node (as development platform)
