The role focuses on evaluating existing systems, collaborating with architects and stakeholders, and delivering accessible, performant interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications with React.
• Experience leading or mentoring UI/front-end development teams.
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Ability to define future UI architecture and drive front-end modernization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a UI development pod in the design and delivery of modern web applications.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and high-performing front-end solutions using React.
• Evaluate current UI architecture and provide recommendations for future-state improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to junior UI developers.
• Establish and promote front-end best practices, coding standards, and design consistency.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to overall application modernization efforts.
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
