Job summary

WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks a Full-Time Integration Specialist / UAS Pilot to operate, pilot, and maintain unmanned aircraft systems. You will support DoD customers, work under the Program Manager, and participate in field operations with travel up to 40% CONUS/OCONUS.

The role requires extensive UAS handling, avionics integration, and flight planning with a DoD-focused environment. Candidates should expect a safety‑driven team setting and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with remote control aircraft, prototype UAS, and military UAS.
• 3+ years’ electrical (avionics) integration and familiarity with Mission Planner and ground control software.
• Possess or able to obtain FAA Part 107 license.
• Experience with military systems, GPS, RF video transmission, aviation, air-space management, and related topics.
• Ability to maintain flight logs and certification documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and after-action reports after field experimentation.
• Repair and maintain structural/electronic control systems and subassemblies of UAS platforms.
• Perform balance and flight-checks to approve UAS for return to service.
• Conduct UAS flight operations including mission planning and air-space management.
• Maintain current UAS inventory organization.
