Job summary

Impellam Group seeks a UAS Crewmember to coordinate a team of Junior Crewmembers and Apprentices. You will schedule work, submit FAA authorization requests, and perform field checks while ensuring policy and SOP compliance.

You must have a Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate and at least 3 years of supervisory UAS experience; a valid driver's license is also required. This on-site role supports drone operations in accordance with FOM and federal regs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of logged wire-environment flying for commercial purposes.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in the UAS industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a team of UAS Junior Crewmembers / Apprentices.
• Schedule work and manage crew assignments.
• Perform field checks and audits.
• Coordinate with business unit partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure crewmember compliance with UAS policy, FOM, and SOPs.
• Comply with applicable federal regulations while operating UAS.
• Act as a visual observer as needed.
• Maintain required proficiencies for assigned missions.
