Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the growth of preschoolers and manage curriculum while ensuring licensing compliance. This role emphasizes strong family communication and teamwork within a caring, energetic environment.

The position focuses on delivering quality child care, supporting flexible schedules, and contributing to a positive, inclusive center community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children by supporting their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and know licensing guidelines and standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
