Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking Lead Teachers to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a supportive, child-centered environment. You will promote development across social, physical, and cognitive domains while ensuring a joyful, safe classroom.

The role emphasizes leading curriculum implementation, upholding licensing guidelines, and fostering strong relationships with families to support each child's growth and lifelong learning journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare centers.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success.
