Job summary

Learning Care Group in Arnold, MO invites energetic Lead Teachers to create engaging learning experiences, mentor teammates, and lead classroom management in a licensed center.

You will partner with families to support preschoolers’ social, physical, and cognitive growth, while participating in our Master Teacher Program and credential assistance. This role offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote the growth of preschool children in the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
