Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
