The Learning Experience in Blue Springs, MO is seeking an Experienced 2's Teacher to join our team. You will create a welcoming classroom and guide toddlers/preschoolers through the LEAP Curriculum with a focus on learning and growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE (preferred) or HS diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s latest adventures and achievements through apps and discussions.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support your center's success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
