You’ll collaborate with families, adapt activities for indoor and outdoor settings, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards. This role offers growth, teamwork, and a chance to make a meaningful impact every day.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meeting state requirements for education and childcare center operations.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care: Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate: build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support your center’s success.
