Job summary

Apple TV is seeking a world class scripted Production Finance Executive to support Apple’s original video content efforts worldwide. The role reports to the Production Finance Series Lead and oversees financial management of Apple TV series productions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost reporting, tax credit management and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in production accounting/production finance management.
• Experience operating in fast-paced production environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, reporting, forecasting and daily production activity.
• Oversee cost reporting and analyze actuals vs budgets for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Creative, Business Affairs, Labor and Legal on budgets.
• Identify Production Tax Credit opportunities and manage tax credit processes.
• Review cash flow projections and funding requests for accuracy.
• Support contract review and cost analysis with senior teams.
• Hire and manage freelance production accounting teams.
• Set up production accounting payroll and software systems.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
